So basically this song is about a a guy who kills both of his parents as a kid so he is locked in an insane asylum for life. As he grows older he wants to break out, so he makes a deal with a maintenance guard promising him money. so the man sedates himself with sleeping pills to fake his death but he wakes up buried in a coffin with the maintenance worker, dead next to him. Fucked up song, but genius .
